This is a FMF electronic fuel injection tuner called the Power Programmer.
Works great as an RPM gauge if you mount it up near the handlebars.
This is great on the highway in the wind because you can watch your RPM even when the wind is blowing really loud. Oh and it makes your bike go faster too :-)
