We recommend that you bring a water sample to your local IPG retailer for a full professional water test.
A professional water test will guide you through the exact steps and quantities needed to give you a perfectly balanced pool.
Chlorinating Granules act as a sanitizing agent for your pool. They kill bacteria and other organic contaminants to keep water safe, healthy and clean. Proper chlorine levels also prevent the growth and spread of algae.
Fill a bucket half full of warm pool water. Add "chlor gran" as directed by your IPG water test results.
Stir the mixture with a wooden stick.
Then, walking along the perimeter of the pool, pour your mixed solution into the water.
Let the pool circulate for two hours before swimming. This gives the chlorine time to disperse.
