The first update brought a performance improvement (probably on all AMD GPUs). Perhaps on release, the developers forgot to add the first day patch to Microsoft Store version and this is just a first day patch. Anyway, the results are as follows:
Custom settings: before - 58 fps, after - 65 fps
Medium settings: before - 54 fps, after - 61 fps
High settings: before - 47 fps, after - 52 fps

Use "draw distance: low" if you want to get max fps. Draw distance is an fps killer in this game. The rest of the settings give 0-2 fps difference.

1:33 medium + 1080p
3:05 high + 1080p
