Final day in Florence, Italy - museums? Art? Castles? Perhaps Palaces? How about none of the above - beer tasting it is! This video is us trying out the Birra Moretti Alla Toscana, a regional brew (part of their Le Regionali collection) sourced with Tuscan ingredients; what better place to review this than the capital of Tuscany?! This video was filmed on a bench in the Piazza Duomo, right near Florence Cathedral (aka Il Duomo) - enjoy the video!

BIRRA MORETTI ALLA TOSCANA
Type of beer: Lager
Alcohol content: 5.5% vol ABV
Type of fermentation: Bottom
Colour: Dark honey
Taste: Strong, with a chestnut aroma and scents of dry erbs and pine
Temperature: 3-6°C
Cereals are one of the raw materials of beer. The challenge for our master brewers was giving Birra Moretti to Tuscany a strong and definite character ... "massive." The choice has been to add barley, typical of the Maremma, which gives the beer a full taste, with a pleasant bitter note and a hint of chestnuts, herbs and pine needle.
