Disney Cruise Line buys the Global Dream from the Bankruptcy sale of Genting Hong Kong. Disney purchased the ship for 41 Million Euro. Its reported that the ship has a construction cost of 1.8 Billion Euro.
This ship will go through some changes as Disney reduces the guest capacity and makes sure it meets their branding.
What's interesting is that there is a sister cruise ship, the World Dream, that is going up for auction on December 21, 2022! Which cruise line will be purchasing that!
