In this video I am using a 1/2 gallon pitcher.
Ingredients:
7 large lemons, juiced
1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups warm water
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups lychee syrup
15 oz can of lychees (with juice)
Water (to fill the pitcher)
Instructions:
Prepare the Hibiscus Tea: In a small bowl, combine the dried hibiscus flowers with 1/2 cup of warm water. Let steep for 7-10 minutes to extract maximum flavor.
Mix the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the hibiscus tea, sugar, and lychee syrup. Stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Add Lychees: Gently fold in the canned lychees along with their juice.
Finish and Adjust: Fill the pitcher with water to your desired taste. Stir well and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
Serve and Enjoy: Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a refreshing, vibrant drink!
