Doink the Clown (Matt Borne) & Hacksaw Jim Duggan break script and starting shooting on each other during a match, nearly causing a massive fight!
This was 100% not part of the show. Matt Borne & Hacksaw Jim Duggan had a lot of real-life bad blood, dating back 30 years. Once former partners in the ring, an incident outside the ring changed their lives and friendships forever.
See what happened during this now infamous match between Doink the Clown (Matt Borne) and Hacksaw Jim Duggan in White Plains, NY. According to Matt Borne, Duggan allegedly refused to sell for him during the contest. That's when things started to get real out of hand.
Borne eventually wrestles Duggan to the ground and kicks him in the face. After this, both men put their fists up ready to fight. You can hear Borne off-camera saying "You wanna work or you wanna fight?".
