Belgium's King Philippe said today he "deeply regrets" what happened during his great-great-great uncle's brutal rule of the #Congo a century ago.
Why is this such a big deal? No monarch has said it before - partly over reparations concerns. It's those concerns that likely stopped him from saying the words "I'm sorry".
