Afshin Esmaeil Ghaderzadeh, a 20-year-old Iranian with a height of 65.24 centimeters, had been declared the shortest living man in the world by Guinness World Records on DECEMBER 13, Thursday (65.24 cm / 2 ft 1.68 in).
