Unique items have been discovered in consequence of rains in the village of Zemo Omalo of mountainous Tusheti district in North East Georgia.
The noble sepulcher has been found at the height of 2 thousand meters. Reportedly, a diadem discovered in the sepulcher dates back to the 8th century B.C. and it presumably belonged to a noble woman.

The discovery of Zemo Omalo village is also unique because items of early Christian and pagan periods have been found together. Reportedly two crosses are among the discovered items.
