ARIFICATION
REGARDING KKHSOU 4th/2nd SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS OF KKHSOU AT BTR ON 16-11-2024
FOR DEGREE AND MASTER DEGREE
The previous Notification No. Ref No. KKHSOU/COE/18/174B Dated 07-11-2024 is only for those
learners who might not be able to appear in the Examinations on 16th November, 2024 due to
their engagement in Bodo Literary Day. However, Examinations will be held at all centres
including those at BTC areas as per schedule, and those learners who wish to appear in the
Examinations on 16th November, 2024 may appear in the Exam as per original schedule at
allotted Examination centres.
Those learners of BTC region, who may not be able to appear in the Exam on 16th November, 2024,
have to submit their data in the Google form given in the previous Notification and again given
below for allowing them to appear in the next special exams.
Those learners of BTC Region, who want to avail this provision, they should provide their
information by completing/filling the Google Form link given below:

and should sent their admit cards separately to the email ID : d1@kkhsou.in
1. Based on the above submissions received, special provision will be allowed to them in due
course of time. Normal Exams will be held as per schedule at Exam centres.
2. This provision is exclusively for those eligible learners, who have submitted the data
through the above Google Link.
3. Learners outside the above-mentioned region are not eligible for this provision.
