New Delhi, Aug 21 (ANI): The busts of Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose and Veer Savarkar were installed outside Delhi University’s Faculty of Arts. “There is a cellar on campus, where Bhagat Singh was kept during trial and it was not made public, so we have decided to erect the pillar as they have made great contributions in freedom struggle.
