My sweet tooth has calmed down since going Keto but there are still times where I wish I could indulge in some chocolate from time to time. This recipe combines my love of chocolate and walnuts to create a satisfying fat bomb that you don’t have to feel guilty about.
Ingredients
1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) coconut oil
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) peanut butter (or preferred nut butter)
3 oz (6 servings) Lily’s Chocolate Chips
1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) heavy whipping cream
1 oz chopped walnut (or nuts of choice)
(If you need more sweetness add your favorite Sugar Free substitute! My favorite is swerve)
Directions
Place your Lily’s Chocolate Chips, coconut oil, peanut butter, and sweetener of choice in a microwave save dish.
Microwave in 30 second incriments (Mine only took 30 seconds total)
Add heavy whipping cream and stir quickly to combined
Add chopped walnuts and fold into the mixture
Get a mini non stick silicone mold (18) I got mine from Ikea for 99 cents! Add about half a tablespoon of the mixture to the mold
Place in the freezer for about an hour
You can pop the yummy morsils out and keep them in a plastic bag or keep them in the tins and pop out a couple at a time.
