Welcome to the Biodiscovery Institute (BDI), which is the largest research facility at the University of Nottingham. This drone footage showcases our fantastic Institute, which comprises an interconnected cluster of 3 buildings, housing 850 staff and students. With nearly 90 group leaders from 5 Schools and 3 Faculties, we are shaping the future of health and biotechnology. By using state-of-the-art facilities, a pioneering research culture and interdisciplinary strengths, we are combining our capabilities at the forefront of biology, chemistry and engineering to deliver on our vision to diagnose, treat and cure disease, whilst providing security for quality of human, animal and planetary health.
