Supporters of the the DRC's Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS), have rejected the selection of Martin Fayulu of the Engagement for Citizenship and Development (ECiDé) party, as a unity opposition coalition candidate.
Fayulu will face President Joseph Kabila's preferred successor for the ruling party, Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary, in the Democratic Republic of Congo's election on December 23.
