Mirik is a small hill town in #Darjeeling district. The road from Ghoom goes to #Sukhiapokhri and continues to #Mirik through scenic tea gardens and mountain landscapes.

The wonderful view point called #Simana is on the way to Mirik. It is Indo Nepal border, while the road belongs to India the viewing area belongs to #Nepal.

The Mirik lake and the monastery are the top attractions of the place. The lake offers a relaxing atmosphere, paddle boats and pony rides are also available and quite popular.
