PAIS PATIN
INGREDIENTS:
3 Catfish, Cutlets
1 Dried Turmeric, Sliced
6 Bird's Eye Chilli, Slice
3 tablespoon Tempoyak
3 Red Onion, Fine julienne
Turmeric Leaves, Fine julienne
Vietnamese Coriander, Fine julienne
Lemongrass, Fine julienne
Torch Ginger, Fine julienne
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
Banana Leaf
PREPARATION:
1. Blend turmeric, bird's eye chilli and tempoyak together until well blended.
2. Now take a bowl and put in the blended tempoyak with red onion, turmeric leave, vietnamese coariander, lemongrass and gingerflower,
fish sauce, salt and sugar and mix it well.
3. Put catfish on a banana leaf and spread the tempoyak evenly on the fish
4. Now cook the fish on the banana leaves for 25-30minutes on a medium-low heat.
5. Now you can serve it with white rice and it is ready!
