Time to explore the biggest for in Sri Lanka! Galle Fort was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. You genuinely feel like you are walking through a pirate story and the preservation of this place is incredible!
