Vicky was exercising at The Paradise Gym on Jalan Danau Tamblingan, Sanur Bali, on Saturday morning, 15 July 2023, where he attempted to squat press a weight in excess of 180 kg.
Only supported by a single “spotter” standing behind, Vicky failed to complete the lift and fell forward, cascading the weight bar off his shoulders and snapping his neck and head forward.
