MAKING THE LYNX COVER by Sławek ZBIOK Czajkowski

A special event: the ‘pre-premiere’ of the upcoming 7th issue of Contemporary Lynx – the biannual art magazine dedicated to promoting Polish visual culture around the world. Each issue has a specific theme unifying all the content and is treated as a collectable item: stamped, numbered and with a cover designed by Polish artists.
This time, the content of the magazine is centred on urban art and art in public spaces with the special cover made live by one of the most original and committed street artists – Sławek ZBIOK Czajkowski. During the weekend, 3-5 March, ZBIOK will be hand-painting each cover at the TRAFO. Come along and see how the artist creates a unique cover for each issue of the magazine turning the covers into a piece of art.
