The patient came to Dr. Ackerman with the concern that her neck made her look older than how she felt on the inside. The goal was to correct the disproportionate heaviness in her lower cheeks as well as to tighten the deeper tissues along her jawline.
Procedure: A lower neck lift was performed to correct the superficial and deep fat layers in the patient's neck. Her loose neck muscles was then corrected with an advanced platysmaplasty.
