READ BELOW FOR THE GUIDE
I just happened to catch this while recording, so I'll just upload it for whoever wants to learn it. Here's how it goes:

2 Barrels - Explode with Normal Auto
1 Barrel on top of enemy - Explode with Q
2 Barrels again - Explode with Normal Auto

Unlike me, you can just wait for the second Q to come up and finish the enemy with it. But I wanted to secure the kill, and she would've survived by mitigating the Q damage, so in this case I walked up, used prowlers and killed her.

You can also follow up with your R; you see for yourself if you need it or not.
