About 24 maraschino cherries
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 TBS milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup coconut
3 blocks of almond bark

Air dry cherries on paper towel lined plate. Pat dry.
Combine shortening, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Wrap about 1 tsp of white mixture around a cherry. Roll to smooth. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Melt almond bark 1- 1/2 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds. Stir until smooth
Dip and allow chocolate to set.
