President Uhuru Kenyatta has signed into law the succession amendment Bill 2019 a move that will henceforth see secret lovers barred from seeking to inherit their partners' wealth in the event of death. The Bill sponsored by Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma seeks to bring to an end countless court cases on inheritance. It also seeks to streamline the administration of succession matters in the country.
