Viscon introduces a revolution in the sorting and packing of mini-cucumbers. The new high-speed packing line includes a vision controlled robotic automation that saves an extraordinary amount of labour. This technology utilizes a special ‘one touch’ concept for the products to be handled; effectively grading and packing in one touch.

In comparison, more traditional packing solutions may see this
product being handled as much as 5 times. In our new fully automated system, the cucumbers are handled just once by picking and placing the graded cucumber directly into the packaging. This one touch solution is very gentle, minimizes product defects, and ensures product quality throughout the process.
