Conceptualized by Anamika ( the renowned Hindi poet who teaches English at Delhi University) , this is the second in a series of workshops and was held on 28.6.2018 at Casuarina - India Habitat Centre. Over 65 participants from the diverse group of architects, professors, translators, authors, artists, literary enthusiasts, publishers and journalists attended the session .
On behalf of POIESIS, a society committed to the growth of poetry and poetic sensibility in people, Anamika, gave the welcome speech. The speaker and chairperson introductions were made by Rekha Sethi. Sukrita Paul Kumar's throught provoking dialogue followed by Babli Moitra Saraf's discussion on the theory of translations and her own experiences with the translation of texts and Mahashweta Devi, left the audience enriched with her wisdom.
