The Visionary Honors Awards (VHA) ([ Ссылка ]) are presented to women who have had major impacts in their fields, exemplifying excellence in the visual arts and design, arts advocacy or philanthropy. Proceeds from the annual VWA event support scholarships for undergraduate students in Moore College of Art & Design’s Visionary Honors Program.

The 2022 Visionary Honors Awardees are interdisciplinary artist and Moore alum Janet Biggs ’81 and sculptor, quilter and painter Joyce J. Scott. Produced by Afresh Collective, ([ Ссылка ]) our 2022 video highlights this year’s distinguished awardees and their accomplishments, as well as glimpses of once-in-a-lifetime mentorship sessions with two students in Moore’s Visionary Honors Program: Bella Piagentini ’23, Graphic Design with a minor in Business and Visionary Leadership Path, and Apurva Bakshi ’24, Animation and Game Arts with a minor in Business and Visionary Academic Path.
