What is hyper pigmentation or why is it on our face?

Understand that Melanin is a substance produced by the cell Melenocytes which gives colour to our skin. 

When these cells become unhealthy, it produces more of melanin which clumps to the top of our face as patches. 

It can be treated. But takes little time, patience and a good skin care routine.

Morning Routine
Cleanse your face
Toner application
Vit C  or Niacinamide serum
Moisturizer with vit c
Sunscreen

 Night routine
Cleanse your face
Toner application
Wipe nicely
Apply retinol serum
Apply night creams or moisturizer

 

Vit C is a miracle product. It gives skin brightness, prevents excess melanin production, Reduce hyper pigmentation and dark spots.

 

Home remedies

Applecider vinegar with mother –half tsp
Honey- 1 table spoon

Mix and apply on the area. Keep it for 15 min and wash with cool water.

 

Mix 1 teaspoon of applecider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of water. Apply on the area for 3 min. Wash it off.

Orange juice + honey – apply on the area and wash it after 15 min.

Aloevera contains Aloin which helps to remove very stubborn pigments, marks and tan. It replaces old hyperpigmented cells and makes skin supple and soft

Onion juice + turmeric . Apply on the area. Wash off after 3 or 4 min

Green tea application

Liquorice 1 teaspoon + rose water make a paste apply for 15 min on the area . When dried , pat little water and scrub it off

Liquorice+ curd. Make a paste and apply as face pack . After 15 min wash it off.

Apply turmeric and milk OR turmeric and curd
