My second shiny Smeargle, and my first Shiny fail...

I just want my green snake already :( No more golden dogs with red tails.


Also, it turns out my Gastly in my party knew Hypnosis (WOW!). If I had known that, the battle could've looked like this:

Shiny Smeargle!
Throw a Ball
It Breaks Out
It struggles (I didn't know this)
Send out Gastly
Smeargle Struggles (now at 1/2 HP)
Use Hypnosis
Use Roto-Catch Power
Throw ball
Catch it ;-;
