1- go to app store or play store to download google earth pro and maps me
2- Create a KML or KMZ file in you computer by using Arcgis or Google earth pro (pc)
3- send kml or kmz file to mobile phone, we have many way to send such as copy file to internal storage, send file via chat (telagram, whatsapp, fbmessenger...)
4- Open with google earth application in mobile phone
