Breakfast Recipe - Carrot Kheer
Ingredients: 1 Cup Milk ( of your choice- Dairy/ plant based) ; Carrot 1, Dates 2-3
Recipe:
1. Wash the carrots and dates. Grate the carrots. Deseed & chop the dates.
2. Keep a pan on flame. Put the milk into it.
3. Add the grated carrot & dates to it.
4. Allow to boil on slow flame or 5-10 min- till the carrots and dates get soften & cooked.
5. Pour into a bowl and serve hot.
