Tenth Holy Night Sound Healing Journey: Toning the chakras with Bija Mantras with voice and singing bowls

Tonight, the night of the Black Moon, I am sharing this vocal toning to balance the chakras.

Bija mantras are seed mantras, and there's one for each chakra--you can see them in the chart below. If you like, you can focus on each chakra as you listen, starting with the first/root chakra.

The chanting of one or more, or all, of the bija mantras allows the energies of the associated chakra to be brought into a state of resonance or balance by removing negative, stagnant, or stuck energy.

Instead of sitting in front of the fireplace, I recorded in my healing studio downstairs. It's where my chakra bowls are. It was a bit of a trick to set up the sound system (definitely not my area of expertise!), but I did play with some reverb for my voice. I'd love any feedback on whether you like it or not. I have mixed feelings about it. It's kind of cool, but I also like the sound unaltered.
