I will do anywhere from 120 to 140 face and neck lifts per year, while the average plastic surgeon in America is doing about one every six weeks for a total of 10 to 12 per year. This gives me the ability to get a person into and out of the surgical procedure quickly and make the recovery as quick and painless as possible.

We tell people for the first 48 hours to be really quiet with your wraps and have someone with you. We use little drains that come out in 48 hours. Your sutures are typically out at six to seven days and we will return people back to social life, if you will, at around 10 days. I’ve had people return to their work as soon as early as six days, which is a little on the quick side and taking up to 14 days on the long side. I will let them go back to full physical activity at around four weeks of after surgery. This includes doing your yoga positions with your head down.
