Edit: When slelcting pedal inputs, I had it wrong and you need to select seperate and not combined. Then you have to calibrate them, just like the steering wheel. Just press each pedal to 100%.
Credit to @instruktorCM for pointing out my mistake. Every day is a school day, peeps.

Update: No need to go into settings to get the telemetry hud up. Just assign a button to "cycle telemetry hud" and you can select it while in game. 👍🏻

Also there is a known bug, where sometimes TC and ABS don't work, even if they are turned on in the settings. The fix is to toggle this setting off and on again, before each session. This is found in gameplay settings, driving assists, select authentic. 👍🏻
