My friend had this tired and rusty vintage bike sitting around, with summer coming up he wanted to give it a new lease of life ready to enjoy rides out in the fresh air and sunshine.

After stripping it down to the frame, it was cleaned and polished, obviously it would benefit with a full respray and new decals but he just wanted it cleaning and restoring at this point to save a little money and time and get it back on the road.

All the parts were cleaned, any rust removed with the wire wheel and polished. Some new tyres, grip tape and a new chain have made it smoother to ride and gear changes are working properly again.

Cleaning all the bearings and re-greasing any moving parts have ensured it is going to be a nice bike to ride for this summer and beyond.
