In the days leading up to the Second World War, the British Army realised the need for a more manoeuvrable and reliable Light Machine Gun to replace the aging Lewis Gun. In came the Bren Gun. This amazing piece of weaponry would be carried into battle with the British Army and all its Commonwealth Nations. The Bren Gun would see action across the globe and through its incredible accuracy and reliability, it would prove itself to be the best Light Machine Gun of WWII.
