One of the most well-known keyboard pieces by Bach's youngest composing son and has featured on ABRSM's grade 5 list in the past. The trickiest aspect of the piece is the ornamentation, which is harder to realise on a modern piano than on eighteenth century keyboard instruments. This would be suited to the fortepiano especially. There is sufficient repetition within the piece without including the repeats indicated in the score and I have ignored them in this recording.
