Red chilli powder - 1/2 cup (60g)
Salt - 45g
Lemon juice - 1/4th cup (60ml)
Pickle Masala:
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard - 2 tbsp (20g)
Cloves - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 2 inches
Green Cardamom - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1/4th cup (20g)
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Shahi Jeera - 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
