So shown here in this video is something I've missed a Brooklyn bound R160A-2/B Alstom (N) Express train at Times Square-42nd street heading to Coney Island-Stilwell avenue the cars were 9583-9587 9862-9858 ever since all the R160s were transferred back to Jamaica yard its very unusual for a R160 to run on the (N) in this case its hard to say what causes it as some people say it's because there is a R46 or R68/A OOS getting SMS however it can just be like to have Astoria/Sea Beach riders have a R160 to ride (as for the (W) that starts in Brooklyn and uses R160s sometimes its signage to help people know the train is going to Brooklyn) and this would only happen if one of the (R) trains out of Coney Island yard didn't run this train did 2 round trips this was it's last trip as it went OOS back to the yard and would go back into (R) service during the PM Rush this video was taken Wednesday July 13th 2022 at 11:06am
