Ventricular Tachycardia is an irregular, dangerous rhythm from the bottom of the heart. A defibrillator is a preferred treatment. After the defibrillator is implanted, medical management and possibly an ablation will be used for continued care.
Watch Drs. Timm Dickfeld and Stephen Shorofsky talk about ventricular tachycardia and how it's treated at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
