Leaving the Designer Outlet on service 7 is usually quite a fast Section, with the service joining the A19 on Selby Road for a short amount of time, also mixed with the presumably tight timetable due to the 7's being very frequent.
39515 was operating service 7 between the Designer Outlet and York City Centre.
