Literally shocking but since we’re a hack page we had to include this delicious yet amazing 3 ingredient bagel.
And if you don’t trust us, listen to the spectrum guy! He said it tastes like Noah’s bagels!!😮
I. Here’s the recipe👇
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups @wondermillsflour high gluten flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the dough starts to come together.
3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a rope about 8-10 inches long.
5. Form each rope into a circle, overlapping the ends slightly. Press the ends together to seal.
6. If desired, dip the top of each bagel into a plate of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning. Press lightly to adhere.
7. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Remove the bagels from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
