To reset the Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat it must be powered up. If you are moving into a new house with a Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat you can factory reset the Sensi Smart Thermostat so that you can set it back up on your account and phone so that you can use it as a smart thermostat. If you are moving out of a house with the Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat it's a good idea to factor reset the Sensi Smart Thermostat before you leave so that you don't have any personal information left on the device.

How To Reset Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat:
1. To reset the Sensi Touch Smart Thermotsat the device must be powered up, to wake up the device just touch the screen.
2. Click the "Menu" Button in the upper left hand corner.
3. Click the "About Thermostat" button
4. Click the "Factory Reset" button in the lower right hand corner of the device.
5. Click the "Reset The Thermostat Button"
6. Congratulations your Sensi Touch Thermostat has now been reset to factory default settings and can be set back up with a new account.
