This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for strong beginners as well.
I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time.
➡️ Workout Description: 14 exercises, 7 x 60 second exercises, 7 x 30 second active rest with a static hold.
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.
You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.
