Here is an interesting experiment that I am replicating from the JNL website. It is high voltage electrolysis that creates a an underwater plasma, but only on the negative electrode. It requires the use a asymmetrical electrodes, and I must admit, I can not explain the physics behind this phenomenon!? A very interesting video to say the least!
