Ingredients:
4 potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Method:
Wash the potatoes (brush and sponge thoroughly), drain until the water is dry.
Prick throughout the potatoes with a sharp fork
Brush olive oil all over the potato
Sprinkle salt all over the potatoes
Oven at temperature 200 C for 1.5 hours
Put 1 potato on a clean cutting board, hold it with a clean cloth, make a slice in the middle of the potato (straight line, or slices like a plus sign +).
Hold the two ends of the potato, then press both ends towards the center, so that it will make the potato open in the middle.
Give a little butter in the middle
Potatoes are ready to serve
Potatoes can also be topped (meat, cheese, etc.), return to oven until the cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
Kentang Oven
Bahan-bahan:
4 kentang
Minyak zaitun
Garam
Cara:
Cuci bersih kentang (sikat dan spons sampai bersih), tiriskan sampai airnya kering.
Tusuk-tusuk (dengan cukup merata ke seluruh bagian) kentang dengan garpu tajam
Oles minyak zaitun ke seluruh bagian kentang
Taburi garam ke seluruh bagian kentang
Oven suhu 200 C selama 1.5 jam
Ambil 1 kentang, taruh diatas talenan bersih, pegang dengan kain bersih, buat irisan di tengah kentang (garis lurus, atau irisan seperti tanda tambah + ).
Pegang kedua ujung kentang, lalu tekan kedua ujung kearah tengah, sehingga akan membuat kentang terbuka tengahnya.
Beri sedikit mentega di bagian tengahnya
Kentang siap disajikan
Kentang bisa juga diberi toping (daging , keju dll), panggang Kembali sampai keju leleh (kira kira 10 menit).
