If you can't find a panettone paper mold, you can equally split the dough in two pieces, form into two balls and place them in two greased and floured cake pans (24x6-8cm/9,5x2-3 inch).
►YEAST: I've used an Active Dry Yeast that doensn't need activation. Every Country has different type of yeast, if your yeast needs to be activated, make it or just use Instant Dry Yeast.
