Join our Extra Virgin Olive Oil tour at our Tananei farmhouse. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official tasters (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable dinner (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils, so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season.
