1/4 Cup Melon Seeds
2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
15 Almonds
15 Cashews
2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 Tbsp Cardamom Seeds & Peppercorns
1 Cup Sugar
Classic Thandai Recipe
2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Thandai Powder
Kesar Thandai
2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Thandai Powder
1 Tbsp Saffron Syrup
Rose Thandai
2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Thandai Powder
1 Tbsp Rose Crush
Holi 2023-Classic Thandai Recipe -
Blend the following in the required quantity to a coarse powder-
Melon seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom seeds, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, almonds & sugar
Add the powder to milk as required
Stir till the powder has blended well with milk
Pour into a glass & serve

To the Thandai add rose syrup & mix. The rose Thandai is now ready to serve
Top it up with edible rose petals
