A plane carrying 81 people has crashed near the Colombian city of Medellin. It's not yet clear what caused the crash, but the region has been battered by heavy storms in the past week. Police say there are only five survivors, with the other 76 believed to be dead. Emergency services are on the scene but rains are hampering their rescue and recovery efforts. Members of a Brazilian football team were among the passengers. The Chapecoense players were heading from Bolivia to Colombia for a match against Atletico Nacional.
